  Take a step back in time and experience the rich history of the Temecula Valley from its discovery to today. Exhibits represent life in the Temecula Valley through time and different cultures that influenced the development of the area. Displays contain handcrafted artifacts, cultural items, ranching and farming equipment, documents, photographs, and more. Tue-Sat 10am -4pm & Sun 1pm-4pm.

QUEEN CALIFIA'S MAGICAL CIRCLE GARDEN

  Not exactly a museum as much as a whimsical display of outdoor artistic statues. Tucked deep inside Kit Carson Park, you will find the only American sculpture garden by Internationally-Acclaimed Artist, Niki De Saint Phalle. This small garden consists of 9 large scale sculptures in a small plaza surrounded by native shrubs and trees.

CALIFORNIA SURF MUSEUM

  Located in Oceanside, The California Surf Museum displays both vintage & modern surfboards, surf art, memorabilia, surfing equipment, photographs, magazines, videos, and more. The museum has rotating exhibits and hosts a number of events throughout the year. Open Daily 10am to 4pm & Thursdays until 8pm Except Major Holidays.

MISSION SAN LUIS REY

  The largest of all the 21 California missions, it is home to a community of Franciscan Friars and is open daily to the public in the Franciscan tradition of heritage and hospitality. Facilities include a Retreat Center with day and overnight programs for spiritual renewal, multi-function meeting spaces, a Cemetery open to all people, Mission Gift Shop, Historic Church and interpretive Museum. 9am-5pm; Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm; Sat & Sun
