8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (or milk)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 ounce package of frozen chopped spinach; defrosted and drained
1-4 ounce jar of marinated artichoke hearts; roughly chopped
1 sourdough bread round
tortilla chips

In a medium sauce pan over low-heat, combine cream cheese, whipping cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder and onion salt. When the cream cheese is melted, mix
until completely combined.

Fold in mozzarella, spinach and chopped artichoke hearts and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted; set aside.

Take the sourdough round and insert a knife in the top making a circle. Pull the
middle of the bread out to make a hollow shell (reserve torn bread). Pour the spinach dip into the bread round and serve with torn bread and tortilla chips.

*Note: The bread bowl is option. If you choose to use a serving bowl for the dip, cut up a sourdough or french baguette for serving.
